The Maintenance Crew team plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Vail Resorts. As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the base area is clean, safe, and welcoming.

  • Assist in maintenance work, including painting, landscaping, and clearing of weather elements
  • Provide support to other resort operations, such as guest services and facilities management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and well-being of self and others
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
