Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

At Monigle Associates Inc, we're passionate about humanizing brands to drive meaningful connections with our audience. As a Content Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our B2B content marketing strategy, leveraging your creative storytelling skills, data-driven insights, and exceptional project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with our Director of Marketing to optimize our editorial calendar and expand content distribution across multiple channels.
  • Content Production: Develop and execute a content plan that delivers full-funnel, multi-format content aligned to key industries and buying stages, publishing across digital and social channels.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and tactical execution of all Growth-related content, ensuring projects are efficiently moving forward through proactive communication and attention-to-detail.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly monitor, interpret, and report on content performance and related KPIs to identify opportunities and learnings.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of content marketing experience in the B2B space.
  • Track record of developing and executing engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for design.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and paid social campaigns.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues to facilitate content development.
  • Solid analytical skills with an ability or willingness to learn how to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to plan, prioritize, and work quickly under pressure.
