Job Summary

This position is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining the Clinical Documentation (Clindoc) Epic application. Key responsibilities include business/systems analysis, requirements definition, system design, problem resolution, and user communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support the Epic Clindoc software needs.
  • Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications, documenting workflows and user experiences.
  • Support and maintain environments or applications using domain knowledge, creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.
  • Configure changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows, correcting issues and conducting routine maintenance.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of Epic, resolving system issues and offering solutions.
Experience

Required:

  • 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.

Preferred:

  • 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry with Epic Clinical Documentation (Clindoc).
