About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst IV to join our team in the State of Delaware. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on the state's human resources management.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for Oracle/PeopleSoft HRM and Time and Attendance applications. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide customized solutions using their knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with Learning Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide system analysis and consultation services to end-users, including state agencies, school districts, and vendors.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and system problems.
  • Develop and deliver system training and education courses, curricula, and services.
  • Monitor reports, process data change requests, and resolve user access/security issues.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in HRIS business requirements analysis, system testing, change management, and training of system implementations, upgrades, updates, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Three years' experience in researching, analyzing, and interpreting data to resolve automated information system inquiries, requests, or problems.
  • Three years' experience in using, or training others on using, an automated human resource, pension, payroll, or benefits information system.
  • Six months experience in analyzing and evaluating HRIS applications to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Six months experience in project support such as planning, coordinating, evaluating, and reporting status updates of special projects.
