Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Outsource, the Nation's leading provider of low voltage and electrical talent. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3+ years of experience in fire alarm installations in commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in electronics and recent experience installing/servicing Fire Alarm systems in a commercial construction environment. The compensation package includes competitive starting pay $18-$30/hr or depending on experience, weekly payment, option to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, and contribute to 401K, and referral bonuses of up to $250 for referrals that result in a placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, service, troubleshooting and programming numerous Fire Alarm Systems including: Silent Knight, Simplex, Notifier, EST, Fire Lite, etc.
  • Installing various fire alarm devices including pull stations, horns, strobes, sirens, smoke detectors, heat detectors, panels, glass breaks, etc.
  • Working in teams or independently to complete commercial installation and service projects
