About the Role:

We are in search of a strategic People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR initiatives. Reporting to the VP of People Operations, you will manage daily operations, including onboarding new employees, HR administration, and compliance, while promoting a positive workplace culture across all departments. Your expertise in the employee lifecycle will enable you to deliver exceptional service to our internal customers, ensuring their satisfaction. You will operate with integrity and transparency to maintain reliable and efficient People Operations.

Impactful Contributions:

  • Create an engaging onboarding experience that emphasizes the significance of each role within the organization.
  • Assist in developing and executing employee engagement programs, including surveys and team-building activities, while fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, support benefits administration, and keep HR data current in our systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and assisting in resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR experience or a Master's Degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal standards.
