KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process member transaction requests, resolving concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Represent SAFE's Brand Promise by delivering a positive and professional experience to all members.
- Input credit applications for consumer loans and credit lines through the LoansPQ application.
- Conduct thorough member profiling to identify their needs.
- Meet member service standards, sales performance goals, and quality referral expectations through SAFE's referral application.
- Provide phone support and troubleshoot issues to assist members with operational difficulties.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to address members' needs.
- Maintain and balance the posting drawer daily; close it at the end of each shift.
- Stay informed about changes in policies, procedures, products, and services.
- Complete opening and closing checklists as necessary.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Knowledge:
Experience in customer service is essential.
