POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for managing a variety of customer service inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. Addresses customer questions and resolves issues related to accounts, payments, products, and services. Completes and maintains necessary reports, records, and files. Promotes products and services while supporting all functions within the Contact Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process member transaction requests, resolving concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Represent SAFE's Brand Promise by delivering a positive and professional experience to all members.
  • Input credit applications for consumer loans and credit lines through the LoansPQ application.
  • Conduct thorough member profiling to identify their needs.
  • Meet member service standards, sales performance goals, and quality referral expectations through SAFE's referral application.
  • Provide phone support and troubleshoot issues to assist members with operational difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other departments and branches to address members' needs.
  • Maintain and balance the posting drawer daily; close it at the end of each shift.
  • Stay informed about changes in policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists as necessary.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required Knowledge:

Experience in customer service is essential.
