Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer complaints and concerns.
  • Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to develop and pitch tailored solutions to clients.

Requirements
  • A minimum of [4-6] years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
