Job Purpose

The Customer Accounts Analyst (CAA) acts as a vital link between SageNet and its clientele, tasked with overseeing customer accounts receivable and delivering outstanding customer service. This role is crucial for sustaining robust client relationships and safeguarding company revenue. The CAA ensures that customer accounts are billed accurately and promptly, designing and implementing billing processes, confirming that invoices align with terms and conditions, and addressing any billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly billing for customer contracts, cancellation fees, and other non-recurring charges.
  • Generate precise monthly invoices along with supporting documentation to dispatch to clients in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management and Sales Manager to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Maintain accurate contract pricing within SAP.
  • Analyze customer contracts to ensure correct billing practices.
  • Facilitate the proper setup of customer billing agreements.
  • Monitor and interpret monthly variations in customer billing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and a proven track record in executing complex calculations.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with spreadsheet software, especially Excel (advanced skills required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise software is advantageous.
Working Conditions
  • Effectively operate in a hybrid work environment, which includes mandatory in-office days and virtual workdays, subject to departmental policies.
  • Business casual work attire is expected.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods without discomfort.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing.
