Position Overview:
Sales Account Executive - Wisconsin

As a vital member of the Foodservice Sales team, the Sales Account Executive will report directly to a Director of Sales (DOS) or Foodservice Sales Executive (SAE).
This role involves regular collaboration with the DOS (or SAE) and other team members, focusing on nurturing relationships and expanding business with designated distributor and/or operator accounts.
The individual will be responsible for establishing connections, delivering customer solutions, promoting additional products, negotiating pricing and programs, and prioritizing efforts in alignment with market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and foster professional relationships by identifying and targeting incremental accounts, as well as managing assigned accounts within the market/geography to meet business goals. Collect, create, and maintain essential insights for all assigned accounts, including key contacts, correspondence, business size, product/category risks & opportunities, competitive landscape, timelines, and potential challenges. Track progress using the CRM tool to ensure all relevant parties are informed.
Implement and oversee all strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Sales Development Business Units and Trade teams as necessary to achieve or surpass sales objectives by managing marketing programs, expense management, and deduction resolution (as appropriate).
Provide customer sales support for market events, meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and local trade exhibitions.
Must be capable of achieving assigned volume targets and executing pricing strategies within the marketplace. Manage expenditures and oversee the mix of products sold.
Oversee Travel & Expense Budget.
Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of external sales experience in Food Service, Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Special Skills:
Strategic thinking, planning, negotiation capabilities, understanding of motivational leadership, and conflict resolution skills; event planning execution.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Travel: 20-30%
