Your Role:

Conducts a variety of technical procedures, administering radionuclides for the in vitro/in vivo diagnosis and treatment of diseases in patients.

  • Addresses customer service concerns promptly and efficiently, treating all clients with respect. Communicates issues to the Supervisor.
  • Expertly performs technical imaging procedures across all patient demographics and possesses the ability to instruct others.
  • Delivers imaging services to all patients, irrespective of gender, age, or race, ensuring efficient and courteous care.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the operation of specific imaging equipment and adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Exhibits effective communication skills with all staff, patients, families, and imaging services administration.
  • Collaborates with department personnel to enhance patient care across various modalities.
  • Works alongside other departments (e.g., IE, OR, ED) to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
  • Achieves departmental Gallup score targets.


Qualifications:
The Expertise and Experience Required for Success:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Registry by AART or NMTCB.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
