Role Responsibilities
Field Service Technicians will be assigned a specific region where they will oversee the upkeep of nuclear medicine apparatus at client locations. This role necessitates regular travel within the designated area, along with occasional trips beyond the assigned region.

Key Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities are essential.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical service environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of networking and expertise in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Effective time management skills.

Job Duties
- Frequent travel within the designated area, with occasional travel outside the region.
- Diagnose, install, maintain, and repair nuclear medicine cameras and related equipment according to OEM specifications.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Parts Department, and Administration to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule on-site service and preventive maintenance visits.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to clients and team members.
- Accurately complete Field Service Reports, Preventive Maintenance Checklists, and Expense Reports in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions, company meetings, and production/refurbishment projects as required.

Compensation Package
Base Salary:
- Field Service Technicians without imaging experience: $60,000 - $85,000
- Field Service Technicians with imaging experience: $110,000 - $130,000
Additional Benefits:
- Monthly car allowance of $650.
- 401K plan with a 3% match.
- Reimbursement for travel expenses, including gas, subject to certain limits.

Territory Information
This position covers the New England region, primarily involving driving within the area.
