Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate strategic planning and operational execution
  • Thought partner with the SVP of Platform Experience and leadership team on strategy and business execution

Requirements
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in product development, technical strategy, and product ops functions or equivalent
  • Strong finance and analytical skills, with experience in computer science or technically heavy areas
  • Elite-level PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a thought and execution partner to senior product leaders
  • Strong data analytics, finance, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating annual financial plans and driving organizational talent initiatives
What We Offer

ServiceNow offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $161,000 - $281,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
