Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist Bartender, Cocktail Staff, and Wait Staff with tasks such as bus stand cleanliness, stocking, and tray procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown and duties.
  • Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close.
  • Ensure food is properly garnished prior to serving Guests.
  • Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery of food.
  • Buss and reset tables.
  • Deliver food to tables and ensure Guests have everything they need.
  • Offer assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.
  • Assist in party setup.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking of supplies.
  • Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
  • Assist other Team members as needed or when business dictates.
Requirements:

Physical Demands:
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift.
