Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Molding and Extrusion Operators to join our dynamic team at Lyneer Staffing Solutions.

Industry: Plastics Manufacturing

Shift: Rotating Shifts, 7pm-7am

Compensation: Weekly Pay

Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years in Plastic Extrusion is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate extrusion and injection molding machinery.
  • Install dies, machine screws, and sizing rings utilizing hand tools.
  • Load machine hoppers with blended materials.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve specified product dimensions.
  • Determine appropriate tooling for each production order.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on extrusion equipment as required.
  • Inspect finished products for any visual imperfections.
  • Complete all time reporting forms and related documentation accurately, including manufacturing forms and work order records.
  • Input data into the CMPC Program.
  • Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Extrusion Technician Duties:

As an Extrusion Technician, you will assist the Extrusion Operator with:

  • Setting up printers and cutters.
  • Loading machine hoppers with mixed materials.
  • Monitoring print quality during coiling and reporting any issues.
  • Ensuring bags are properly sealed during packaging.
  • Counting products to verify quantities.
  • Organizing products in the staging area.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Operating a forklift as needed.
