Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering medical equipment and supplies to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical equipment and supplies to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Instruct patients on the safe and appropriate use of medical equipment
- Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training of new patients
- Conduct daily deliveries
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering medical equipment and supplies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
