Job Title: Night Auditor

Residence Inn Portland/Scarborough is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash handling and credit policies to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Stay up-to-date on all room rates, packages, and special promotions to provide guests with the best options.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide information on hotel amenities and services.
  • Perform daily tasks and duties as outlined on the shift checklist.
  • Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospitality terminology.
