Job Overview

This is a senior-level position for a seasoned project manager to lead and coordinate high-end custom home projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project sites, teams, and client relationships to ensure timely and profitable project completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and ensure project efficiency.
  • Manage project costs, change orders, and job site safety to maintain profitability and minimize risks.
  • Report to the office in Thousand Oaks and work closely with the team to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects with a construction value of $5M+.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Procore experience is a plus.
