Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agent partners and the Station Operations Team to facilitate Air/Ocean Export requests, managing daily operations and customer service inquiries related to air exports.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and updates, ensuring compliance with KPIs, data integrity, and automated rating requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers, confirming costs, and processing vendor payments.
  • Provide quotes to customers and agents while negotiating costs with vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle documentation including Bills of Lading, MAWB, HAWB, and SLI.
  • Proactively address logistics and transportation challenges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Input client shipment details and update shipment milestones diligently.
  • Maintain active communication with customers to guarantee full visibility of shipment status through detailed status reports.
  • File Partner Government Agency (PGA) data sets, including FDA Prior Notice.
  • Uphold customer confidentiality as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/logistics, specifically in air exports.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Cargowise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple shipments and accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TSA Certification.
  • Training in DG and Hazmat.
  • EDI Certification.
  • CTPAT Training.
