As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team, managing shop operations, and supporting biohazard remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide direct leadership and development of staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Project Management: Actively manage job sites and support the Field Team in various biohazard remediation projects.
- Shop Operations: Oversee staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Community Outreach: Facilitate community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and establish strong local partnerships.
- Support Leadership: Assist the Market Manager and Area Manager with daily operations and special projects.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to service calls and manage job site bioremediation services in various emergency situations.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, especially in a technical or field service environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Completion of Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
