CHI Health St. Mary's is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect and analyze patient data, including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.
- Provide education and discharge planning to patients and their families.
- Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient's record.
- Maintain a safe work environment and foster a collaborative environment in support of the nursing profession.
- Graduate of an RN nursing program.
- Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse compact licensure.
- AHA Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 5 months.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 5 months.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months.
