Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinical Care Manager to oversee the clinical care team in our senior living community.

About This Role

The successful candidate will lead the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for residents, develop and implement new policies and programs to enhance resident care and experience, and mentor nursing staff to promote continuing education and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strategize new policies and programs to improve resident care and satisfaction
  • Oversee health assessments and care plans for residents, ensuring collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Mentor nursing staff through training and continuing education initiatives
  • Assess resident needs and create care plans to meet care goals
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure proper documentation and billing procedures
  • Serve as liaison between patients, family members, and facility staff

Requirements

  • Current RN license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain before start date
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Management/supervisory experience required
  • Continuing Care Retirement Community experience preferred
  • Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Compensation

$120,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience
