We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our Infusion Therapy team at Emerson Hospital - EM. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the infusion unit, including staffing and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of oncology infusion and previous leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director to ensure efficient unit operations and optimal patient care.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet staffing needs.
  • Assign personnel according to their skills to maximize patient care outcomes.
  • Serve as charge nurse when working clinically.
  • Maintain accurate nursing and PCT schedules.
  • Develop and revise procedures and policies with the Nurse Director and Educator.
  • Evaluate staff performance using established standards and hospital review tools.
  • Provide constructive counseling and goal setting for staff development.
  • Promote professional growth among staff members.
  • Foster effective communication within the team.
  • Provide direct patient care when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of infusion therapy experience.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • RN license required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Deep understanding and expertise in oncology infusion.
Compensation and Benefits
