About the Role

VNA Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Concord.

This position requires experience in Home Health, and we offer a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Our service areas are manageable, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care to patients and their families.

We are committed to restoring, promoting, or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master of Science Degree with a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and Language Pathology from an Accredited program.

Home Health experience is essential, and you should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

You can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
