As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of property maintenance, ensuring that our facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Train Maintenance Staff: Supervise and train maintenance employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Coordinate the work of third-party contractors and vendors to ensure that maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop recommendations for improvements or replacements.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all properties are compliant with OSHA and TSA property guidelines.
- Manage Risk: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with maintenance activities, including reviewing and responding to risk management findings.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including ARC Command, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
