Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Operate a variety of equipment and tools, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment
  • Document work requests and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Estimate time and materials required for maintenance tasks and order supplies as needed
  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including circuit breakers and lighting
  • Perform plumbing repairs, unclog drains, and maintain plumbing fixtures
  • Basic HVAC knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units
  • Maintain lighting systems in good working order, including replacing light bulbs and repairing lighting
  • Perform manual repairs, furniture assembly, and conduct general grounds upkeep
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Any additional relevant certifications
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift and/or carry moderate weight
  • Current Indiana driver's license
  • Provide personal tools
  • Requires the employee to be on call for after-hours emergencies
