Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Garden Supervisor to develop and implement comprehensive landscape and conservation plans.
  • Supervise personnel in the planting, fertilizing, pruning, and general care and maintenance of formal gardens, nurseries, and greenhouses.
  • Install, operate, and maintain irrigation equipment to ensure efficient water use and optimal plant growth.
  • Assist in supervising personnel in the installation and maintenance of other park infrastructure, such as walkways, benches, and signage.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in park maintenance, landscape management, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
