Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated HVAC Control Systems Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional post-sales customer service and technical assistance to end-users, sales teams, and field technicians utilizing our air flow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Assistance: Offer phone-based troubleshooting and support to clients, ensuring prompt and precise diagnosis and resolution of field issues.
  • RMA Management: Supervise the complete RMA process, from authorization to resolution, including assessment, warranty evaluation, pricing, and reporting on RMA activities and trends.
  • Customer Education: Facilitate product training sessions for clients under the guidance of the Training Coordinator.
  • Database Management: Maintain and refresh the database with field reports and engineering updates, collaborating with regional operations.
  • Field Support: Travel to client locations for system startups, troubleshooting, and related assistance as necessary.
  • Manufacturing and Engineering Collaboration: Provide support to the manufacturing and engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A 2-year technical degree is preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience considered.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC building automation sector is advantageous.
