Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in creating an efficient, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for each customer.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction delivers on the SP+ Promise of making every moment matter.
• Receiving payment from customers for parking services and facilitating the flow of traffic through the facility by performing various duties such as counting 'bank' of revenue at the beginning of shift, collecting cash and/or validations, making change, issuing receipts or tickets to customers, computing bill, operating cash register, quoting prices, giving directions, completing lost ticket forms, resolving customer complaints, answering telephone, maintaining cleanliness of booth, conducting timely checks, verifying log of shift transactions, compiling 'bank' of collected revenue during the day, and recording amounts received, cars in/out of facility, and cars left in a facility while preparing shift report of transactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be required depending on location's hiring needs.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record if expected to drive company vehicle or drive on company business.
