Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Water/Wastewater Engineer to contribute to our projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, particularly in relation to combined and separate sewer systems. Our clientele includes various governmental agencies at local, state, and federal levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in innovative projects involving flood management, water supply, and ecological enhancements.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, including 1D/2D/3D analyses, drainage design, and sediment transport studies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and manage small to medium-sized projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Prepare technical documentation and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License in Ohio.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software, particularly InfoWorks ICM.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in designing and drafting plans for water and wastewater projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
