Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home therapy after school hours.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism.
  • Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork.
  • Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.
Requirements
  • Behavior Technician (BT)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
  • Experience working with young children (preferred)
Benefits and Compensation

Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.

$25-$28 per hour.

Estimated 10-15 hours per week.

100% willingness to travel.
