As a Scrum Master II, you will oversee the scrum and development team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality technology solutions. You will also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner, maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level experience in a Scrum Master role (typically 2+ years), a degree in Computer Science or Business, and Advanced-CSM Certification. They will also have Lean IT Essentials certification.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,118, based on national averages.
