Project Management Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and timely performance of all work on projects initiated by the Homeowner Association (HOA), consistent adherence to the community's CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, and other key standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, comfortable working with Management, HOA Board, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our Homeowners Association Board Members and Community Managers to plan for the maintenance, repair and replacement of major components of the properties.
- Review bids to insure they meet scope of RFP, evaluate contractor performance, manage construction schedules, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Maintain project compliance with codes and standards by reviewing work at critical points.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years in project management, with expertise in construction plans, AIA contracts, RFP/contract development, scheduling, and permitting processes.
- Skilled in construction scheduling, project management software, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong team player with leadership abilities, comfortable working with Management, HOA Board, contractors, and vendors.
