Salary Range
$210,000 - $230,000
Position Overview
The Department of Medicine is in search of a dedicated Faculty physician to deliver primary care services within a community-focused practice environment in Monroe County. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic network of Primary Care professionals operating under a patient-centered medical home model.
This practice is currently utilizing the EPIC electronic medical records system, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications Required
- M.D. Degree or equivalent
- New York State Medical License must be obtained prior to commencement
- Eligibility for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
- Fulfillment of all credentialing requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Post-offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment are mandatory
- Compliance with University and New York State health regulations

The salary range mentioned reflects the University's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this faculty role. Individual salaries will be determined based on market data, experience, and expertise, as well as consideration of related position salaries. Clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
