Primary Care Physician

Trillium Health seeks a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to provide exceptional patient care services in a licensed diagnostic and treatment center. As a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the successful candidate will work under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and/or the Medical Director Primary Care to deliver the highest quality of care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide primary care to adult patients on-site in clinic with an interdisciplinary approach, including rotating 7-day phone-based call system to include urgent patient communications, ED visits, hospital admissions, panic lab values, etc.
- Teaching/Training: Precept students, residents, and other medical staff during elective rotations at Trillium Health.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Complete all clinical documentation within 3 days of medical treatment, complete assigned Ongoing Peer Reviews quarterly, and complete Focused Peer Reviews as assigned.
- Miscellaneous: Requires the ability and commitment to respect and support inclusiveness and diversity, including but not limited to individuals of different backgrounds, cultures, races, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities or expressions, experiences, opinions, etc.
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. Degree and Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and/or Family Medicine. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Occasionally the employee must stoop, bend and lift or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
