Primary Care Physician

Seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care Network team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering comprehensive outpatient care, including preventative health maintenance, chronic and acute care needs, and minor laboratory testing.
Responsibilities will include telephone triage, direct patient care, medication and vaccine administration, and patient teaching and health education. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including LPNs, Ambulatory Techs, Physicians, and APPs. A strong assessment and communication skillset, along with the ability to work independently, is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications include a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. A minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience is required, with pediatric experience and charge nurse responsibilities a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45.96, with incentive-based compensation applicable. This is a full-time position available, working days Monday-Friday, with no holidays.
