Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor catering requests and ensure timely organization of deliveries.
  • Prepare non-perishable items in advance for seamless service.
  • Coordinate food preparation needs with various departments.
  • Deliver and set up food and beverages with a focus on professionalism and aesthetics.
  • Oversee cleanup processes post-service, ensuring all areas are tidy.
  • Manage specialty linen, china, and rental requirements ahead of time.
  • Maintain organized records of daily services and customer communications.
  • Uphold a clean and orderly workspace while presenting a professional demeanor.
  • Finalize invoices related to catering services provided.
  • Act as a liaison for customer inquiries and future service planning.
  • Assist in inventory management and food preparation as needed.
  • Respond to any service-related complaints with professionalism.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and assist with cleaning kitchenware.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents as necessary.
  • Comply with HACCP policies and participate in training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills/Aptitude:

  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage.
  • Listen attentively to customer orders and provide menu recommendations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to see clearly at various distances and adjust focus.
  • Significant mobility and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
