Role Summary

We are in search of a driven Sales Account Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing internal leads, cultivating referral networks, and promoting both personal and commercial insurance products, including Life Insurance. A solid background in insurance sales and a valid insurance license are essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Internal Leads: Effectively handle and convert internal leads into clients by providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Cultivate Referral Networks: Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources to create new business opportunities.
  • Promote Insurance Products: Identify and leverage opportunities to promote personal lines, commercial lines, and Life Insurance to existing clients.
  • Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their insurance requirements and coverage options.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and surpass sales objectives through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and effective closing techniques.
  • Record Maintenance: Diligently document client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications
  • Insurance License: Must possess a valid insurance license for personal lines, commercial lines, and Life Insurance.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales with a proven record of meeting targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
