About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and executing manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ERB/CCB, LOB, and production increment planning to ensure seamless collaboration between the factory and program teams.
  • Provide effectivities for variances, IRs, and CNs to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively between the factory and program teams, keeping each informed of major issues and changes.
  • Manage Material Master and MBOM requests to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
  • Address large-scale quality issues that impact the factory, working closely with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve problems.
  • Assist with future contract proposals by providing BOMs for applicable hardware configurations and other tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an ATF and U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing, SAP/PRISM, lean manufacturing, technical writing, and project execution.
  • Strong engineering aptitude, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical problem-solving skills and experience with interpretation of technical documentation.
