Your Objectives:

  • Outstanding Customer Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, offer refreshments, engage in pleasant conversations, and address their needs.
  • Clear Communication: Manage multiple phone lines, direct calls to the correct personnel or department, and take precise messages.
  • Visitor Guidance: Accompany guests when necessary, provide information about our services, and ensure adherence to facility protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, maintain organized files, operate office equipment, and manage supply orders as required.

Your Duties:

  • Welcome the public in a friendly and inviting manner
  • Provide refreshments and engage in light conversation
  • Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Accurately take messages and route them as needed
  • Escort visitors to resident rooms or other designated areas
  • Offer general information and directions regarding the facility
  • Ensure compliance with facility rules and report any suspicious activities
  • Assist in training new staff members
  • Perform various administrative support tasks as required

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently while remaining motivated
  • Customer service orientation with a welcoming attitude
  • Strong skills in prioritization and time management
  • Professionalism combined with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Proficient in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
