Overview

We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.



As a Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You'll also receive guidance, mentoring, and support to help you succeed in your role.



Our Management Training program is a hands-on learning experience that will challenge you to grow and develop as a professional. You'll work closely with our team to establish relationships with customers and partners, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your own business.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Managing and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions
  • Leading and developing a team of employees


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:



  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past five years
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position


We offer a competitive compensation package, including a targeted first-year annual compensation of $52,000.00 with an average 45-hour work week. We also offer a robust benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.
