Bilingual Legal Intake Consultant (Sales) - Spanish Required

  • Average earnings for sales personnel range from $35,000 to $40,000 annually.
  • Competent sales professionals can earn between $40,000 and $50,000 per year.
  • Top performers may achieve earnings of $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
  • Outstanding sales individuals can earn $70,000+ in their first year and over $80,000+ in subsequent years, especially if they possess legal sales experience.   • This role is designed for exceptional salespeople who can effectively market legal services and build new relationships to generate leads.
Compensation:

$35,000 to $40,000 Salary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate all new potential clients (PNCs) for Atlanta Family & Immigration Law, determining which cases should be offered retention based on objective and subjective criteria.
  • Address any non-legal inquiries from PNCs regarding documentation processes, sending documents to the firm, signing service agreements, or any other matters related to the pre-engagement relationship with the firm.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with PNCs up to the onboarding phase, ensuring all legal documents are signed and retainer payments are processed successfully.
  • Maintain precise records in Lawmatics to monitor the number of PNCs contacting the firm, those attending initial consultations, and those engaging the firm for services. Ensure that each PNC profile status in Lawmatics is accurate and current. Assist the Managing Attorney in categorizing each PNC from initial contact through to signing a legal services agreement, updating categories as necessary.
  • Prepare monthly reports on consultation statuses.
  • Adhere to firm guidelines for effective communication with PNCs; gather information about their needs and concerns, reassure them of the firm’s capability to assist, demonstrate empathy for their situations, and explain how the firm can enhance their lives.
  • In compliance with ethical regulations governing legal professionals, Sales and Client Relations personnel shall not provide legal advice but will manage all aspects of converting PNCs into clients.
  • Maintain contact with PNCs who do not retain our services after their initial consultation to keep the possibility of future engagement open.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Lawmatics CRM and case management software is preferred.
  • Strong data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of empathy are required.
  • Previous experience in legal sales is mandatory.
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas each month and quarter.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is necessary.
  • Experience with Mycase, Conversionly, and/or Dropbox is a plus but not required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
