The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will support organization's department stores and other retail partners. This role will involve close collaboration with sales leaders, creative teams, legal departments, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand marketing initiatives, managing product launches, and overseeing substantial marketing budgets across multiple brands and categories.
Senior Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Brand Support: Work closely with Carter's department stores, supporting brand marketing initiatives that align with company goals and enhance brand presence in the marketplace.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with the Carter's leadership team, sales leaders, creative teams, and legal departments to ensure alignment and compliance across all marketing efforts.
- Analytical Performance: Conduct performance reviews, using data-driven insights to simplify business stories and provide actionable recommendations.
- Product Launch Management: Lead marketing efforts for various new product launches across seven different categories, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budget and oversee annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
- Content Development: Develop key marketing content that drives brand awareness and engagement, while ensuring all safety considerations and brand standards are met.
- Brand Strategy: Manage and support brands through different stages of their lifecycle, with a focus on maintaining bestseller status and fostering growth across multiple categories.
Senior Brand Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 4 + years of Brand Marketing experience; baby brand is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a closely related field
- Self-starter who can problem solve quickly and easily work independently
- Excellent communication & organization skills given complexity of internal and external business partners
- Experience with developing and overseeing high-frequency multi-channel campaigns
- Strong ability to synthesize large volume of analytical data, visualize data for support, and develop business narrative
- Strong project management skills with the ability to move between strategic initiatives to day-to-day tactical execution tasks
- Strong creative vision with an eye on business objectives
- Background in brand management with new product launch experience
