Key Responsibilities:
As a Radiology Technologist, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting general radiology, portable, and fluoroscopic procedures.
2. Assisting in the scheduling of patient examinations.
3. Providing education to patients about procedures to ensure their comfort and understanding.
4. Monitoring and reporting any equipment malfunctions to management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Current registration as a Radiologic Technologist by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human anatomy.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in high-pressure situations.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Performing emergency and surgical imaging procedures, including trauma cases and various fluoroscopic exams.
2. Ensuring the production of high-quality images for accurate interpretation.
3. Maintaining a sterile environment and prioritizing patient safety.
4. Providing clear instructions to patients and their families regarding procedures.
5. Assisting Radiologists and surgeons during procedures and ensuring the correct operation of imaging equipment.
6. Keeping accurate documentation and timely data entry for all technical processes.

Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Preferred minimum of one year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift or assist with lifting patients and equipment as necessary.

Personal Protective Equipment:
Adherence to standard precautions and the use of personal protective equipment as required.
