Job Title: Luxury Sales, Showroom Manager

Rove Concepts is a leading online retailer of high-end, mid-century modern furniture, with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Los Angeles showroom and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and expand market presence.
  • Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and business partners to drive outbound sales and business development efforts.
  • Implement clienteling strategies to nurture existing client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence within the showroom.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the showroom experience.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure the continued development and success of the sales team.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with experience leading sales targets of $10M+.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in clienteling and outbound sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills to ensure showroom efficiency.
