Job Summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to lead our Behavioral Health Optimization Program in a military setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to active-duty military personnel, their dependents, and eligible DoD civilian employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as couples therapy and alcohol and drug treatment evaluations.
  • Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as required.
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records and produce reports of evaluation and/or treatment as needed.
  • Participate in military-specific training and successfully complete Air Force provided Phase I and Phase II BHC training.
  • Deliver brief presentations and trainings to primary care team members regarding behavioral health issues and BHC services.
  • Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as required.
  • Perform case management functions, staffing with other providers, medication referrals, and other referrals as needed.
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • Minimum of two (2) years within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting working with an adult population.
  • TOEIC score of at least 860 or equivalent certificate for non-native English speakers.
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Island.
  • Experience and demonstrated competence with Electronic Medical Records and preferably experience with Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA).

  • A thorough understanding of the military lifestyle and experience working with military family members.
  • Working knowledge of relevant military, state, federal, and local laws, and resources.
