Job Overview

Project Brilliance is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to delivering high-quality, ethical, and innovative services to children on the autism spectrum and those with related developmental challenges. Our mission is to empower children with essential skills while supporting their families in achieving fulfilling and successful lives.

We are currently in search of committed, enthusiastic, and qualified Licensed Behavior Analysts to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will work directly with young children in various environments, including home, community, and center-based settings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of the BCBA examination.
  • Experience working with young children across a range of diagnoses.
  • Availability for full-time work.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on effective teaching and behavior modification strategies.
  • Develop, monitor, and refine behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Design appropriate data collection methodologies.
  • Oversee programming across multiple settings (home, community, and center).
  • Engage regularly with parents or legal guardians, offering continuous training and support.
  • Participate in coordination of care meetings with other professionals (e.g., schools, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists).
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Student Analysts.
  • Conduct assessments as needed.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5 PM.
