Pillfast24 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to help customers navigate the claims process and resolve disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine coverage and liability for claims
- Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather information
- Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs
- Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and compliance with Pillfast24's driving standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
