Position Overview:

The Graduate, Online & Professional Studies (GPS) division is dedicated to serving master's students across various formats, including online and on-campus programs. This division also caters to international students and adult undergraduate learners through corporate partnerships. The Enrollment Management (EM) sector within GPS encompasses recruitment, admissions, student advising, and course scheduling, working closely with marketing and technical services to enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Enrollment Operations: The Director will refine processes across EM units to boost enrollment numbers, improve scalability, and enhance operational efficiency. This includes leveraging technology to streamline recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Reporting to the Executive Dean, the Director will oversee daily EM activities, ensuring cohesion among various units and fostering collaboration with university functions such as the Registrar and Financial Aid.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data analytics to monitor enrollment metrics and operational performance, the Director will identify areas for improvement and implement strategic interventions to meet enrollment goals.
  • System Optimization: The Director will serve as the primary liaison with technical services, ensuring that EM systems are effectively utilized and aligned with the division's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with five to eight years of relevant experience in enrollment management or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with eight to twelve years of experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, admissions, and student services, with a solid understanding of higher education systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve enrollment processes.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
