Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Texas Health Frisco. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate medication distribution
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of your own work and maintain required competencies and documentation
  • Support quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent required
  • 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred
  • PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support required and maintained quarterly
  • Proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient, and basic math skills
